About Me:
Our family first came to Idaho in 1972. We farmed in the Caldwell and Middleton areas, and also lived and worked in Boise. We left Idaho in 1983 and returned in 1998, first to McCall and then to the Treasure Valley in 2001. Prior to becoming a realtor in 2004, I worked for a large computer company for 20+ years.
I love the real estate business - what a pleasure it is to help buyers, sellers and investors accomplish their goals!!! For buyers, my goal is to listen carefully to their wants and needs and then show them properties that fit their criteria. For sellers, I honestly evaluate the market value of their property, then list, promote, & advertise to get the property sold. I am experienced in listing and selling bank-owned & short-sale properties also, and am a member of local, state and national professional real estate organizations.
